I didn't start out as a consultant. Before this work, I held senior leadership roles inside organisations going through significant change. I know what it feels like to be accountable for people and performance when the system around you isn't working the way it should. That experience shapes everything about how I work.

Why I do this work

Early in my career, I watched brilliant people burn out in reactive cycles. Meetings about meetings. Strategies that never made it to the work. Endless frameworks that changed nothing. The best people quietly disengaged.

That's what drives me. Making transformation a reality, not just a documented process. When we get the system right, the ripple effect is powerful. Performance improves, wellbeing strengthens, and culture follows. That's the work I care about most.
