Leadership development that shifts behaviour, and delivers results

Leadership Development

Leadership programs that shift behaviour in real work, not just workshops, so strategy moves, teams perform, and change actually sticks.

Great leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about showing up with clarity, curiosity and courage when the path forward isn't obvious, and creating the conditions for others to do the same.

Who this is for

  • Leaders navigating complexity: Managing competing priorities and ambiguity without losing momentum

  • Managers building high-performing teams: Lifting engagement and accountability without micromanaging or burning people out

  • Executive teams: Building shared leadership habits across the organisation so strategy actually lands

The leadership gaps I typically see

  • Activity over outcomes: Teams work hard but focus on outputs instead of what actually moves the strategy forward

  • Meeting overload, decision delays: Back-to-back calendars mean decisions get pushed, not made

  • Reactive, not strategic: Firefighting becomes the default; future-focused work keeps getting bumped

  • Check-ins that don't develop: One-on-ones become work-in-progress reviews instead of growth conversations

How leadership development works

Every program is built on four foundations that turn learning into lasting behaviour change:

1) Clarity

Set clear outcomes, priorities and decision rights. Track progress with simple measures that matter.

2) Capability

Live coaching on the skills that move work forward: feedback, effective one-on-ones, and decision-making.

3) Cadence

Establish weekly progress rhythms, fortnightly decision points, and quarterly resets that keep momentum.

4) Confidence

Make work visible, protect focus, and help leaders model the habits they want their teams to adopt.

Everything is coached in the flow of work. No heavy classroom theory.

Cat’s coaching shifted how our entire leadership team makes decisions and runs meetings. We’re moving faster with less confusion.

Bolder ideas, deeper curiosity, and leaders ready for what's next instead of clinging to what worked before
.

All programs are designed around your leaders, culture and goals. If what you need doesn't exist yet, we'll shape it together.

Executive coaching for individuals

One-on-one coaching for senior leaders navigating complexity, building influence, or developing their teams. Programs include:

  • Lead with impact: Executive presence, influence, and stakeholder management

  • Build high-performing teams: Team development, feedback mastery, and leading through change without burnout

  • Deliver strategically: Decision-making, priority coaching, and using AI to structure problems and test assumptions

Coaching is practical and tied to real work. Not theoretical frameworks you'll never use.

Powered by Design for Thinking

All leadership programs are built on Design for Thinking: my methodology for making organisations and leaders work better.

DfT is grounded in neuroscience and psychology, not outdated management theory. It protects attention, sharpens decision-making, and keeps strategy alive in day-to-day work.

FAQs

Is this theory-heavy?
No. We keep it practical and human. Everything ties to the real work your leaders are doing right now—not case studies or abstract frameworks.

Do we need a transformation program to do this?
No. Many clients start with leadership development for one cohort, then add organisational transformation support later. They work powerfully together but aren't dependent on each other.

How big are cohorts?
8-16 participants is ideal. Big enough to learn from peers and share challenges, small enough to get meaningful coaching and individual attention.

How soon do we see change?
You'll see better one-on-ones and clearer decisions in week one. Behaviours consolidate and become habits across the full program (typically 8-12 weeks).

What's the time commitment?
Most programs run 8-12 weeks with 2-3 hours per week (workshops, coaching, applied practice). Leaders apply what they learn in their actual work, so it's learning by doing, not additional workload.

How is this different from other leadership programs?
Most leadership development happens in classrooms and stays there. This is coached in the flow of real work. Leaders practice on their actual challenges, get feedback, and build habits that stick beyond the program.

Can you work with remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. Programs work equally well in person, remote, or hybrid. The key is establishing rhythms and habits that work for your team's reality.
